From address to trade-area report in about 15 seconds

Pin the site

Your address is geocoded with the US Census Bureau geocoder, the same reference the government uses for its own statistics.

Pull the block groups

We fetch every Census block group within 5 miles, typically 100 to 400 neighborhoods, each with its own American Community Survey estimates.

Build the rings

Block groups are aggregated into cumulative 1, 3 and 5-mile rings and benchmarked against the county and the nation. Print it, screenshot it, drop it in the deck.
